Can I avail a free trial before I purchase?

Yes. The first 14 days are free for a student once they start using Acadly. Instructors can also create free trial courses before creating their actual course on Acadly.

Where do I make a payment for my subscription?

All purchases can be made within the Acadly Web app, i.e. at app.acadly.com. We currently do not have a payment feature on the Android or iOS app.

Do Acadly Enterprise customers need to pay for Acadly Pro?

No, Acadly Enterprise customers automatically have access to all Acadly Pro features.

I do not need the tool anymore. Can I get a refund?

Refunds can be requested within 2 weeks of the purchase. Please reach out to us at support@acadly.com for a quick resolution.

How long is my purchase valid for?

Acadly’s pricing is on a per-course basis. Once you purchase an Acadly subscription for a course, it is valid for the entire duration of the course within the semester.
